Administrative/Biographical History
Organized in Brooklyn in 1911 to provide members with free loans, cemetery plots, and a synagogue for study and prayer. From 1911 to 1938 the synagogue was relocated from Stone Avenue to Christopher Street, and then to Osborn Street and to Sachman Street, Brooklyn.
