Brief Description: The collection is comprised of English and German-language newspapers and magazines from Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, North America, and Palestine from 1892 to 1973, with the bulk of materials representing the Second World War period.  While the majority of these periodicals are originals, a few of them are reprints of earlier publications.  Included among these publications are Berliner Illustrierte Zeitung, 1933-1963; History of the Second World War, 1973; Judische Rundschau, 1920; The New York Times, 1933-1939; Newsweek, 1933-1961; The Palestine Post, 1945; Sonntagsblatt Staats-Zeitung und Herold, 1936-1939; The Stars and Stripes, 1943-1945; The Sun, 1892; Time, 1939-1942; Volkischer Beobachter; and Yank, 1945.
