The American Jewish Committee's liberal bimonthly magazine, founded in New York in 1973 and closed in 1990. As of 1987, the magazine had a circulation of approximately 36,000. Magazine was edited by Murray Polner and published by Adam Simms. Its columnists included the novelist and memoirist, Anne Roife, and the Jewish Studies scholar, Arthur Hertzberg.
